How much are your delivery fees?

Shipping is free when you spend $250, otherwise delivery fees are a flat rate of $38.

When are your delivery dates?

Our standard delivery dates are from Mondays - Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays & Public Holidays (PH).

Do you ship internationally?

Nope, not at the moment!

How fast can I receive my products upon order confirmation?

There are different delivery lead times for instock and preorder items.

Instocks: 3 working days
Pre-orders: Lead time of 2 - 6 weeks

Once you've made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Afterwhich, our customer experience team will inform you of your delivery date within 3 - 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery date?

Sure, you can change your delivery date by filling up our Delivery Support Form 5 working days before your delivery date.

If you happen to pass that timeline, there will be a rescheduling delivery fee of $38.

What if I do not inform you 5 working days before the delivery date?

In the event where you inform us less than 5 working days before your delivery date, this will be subjected to a rescheduling fee of $38.

I need to postpone my delivery date as my house is not ready yet.

We can hold your order for a maximum of 5 working days. If you require more time, there will be additional storage charges at 10% per product monthly (Capped at $200 per item). 

What are your delivery timings and how will I be notified?

Delivery timing ranges between, 9am to 2pm or 1pm to 6pm depending on the delivery area. You will be notified of your delivery timing within 1-3 working days before delivery through an Automated message.

What if I am not available during working hours / during the appointed delivery slot?

If you are not available to receive your item during the scheduled delivery time slot, you can authorise someone to receive it on your behalf.

If not, this will fall under the rescheduling category with the following charges:

- Flat rate of $38 for returning trip
- Flat rate of $38 for rescheduled delivery

What happens if my items are unable to fit into the lift? 

We will always advise you to get the product dimensions, and check if your lift can accommodate the size of our products.

If your product can't fit in the lift, staircase charges of $20/item per level will apply for our logistic team to transport your items via the stairs, up to a maximum of 5 levels.

For floors above 5th floor, you will have to outsource for another delivery vendor to deliver the item(s) to you.

I am living in a condominium, what do I have to do?

Please inform your building's management in advance on the arrange delivery date and timing. Some condominiums have a earlier cut off times on Saturdays.
