Things To Note
Fullhouse provides disposal services on the same day as your furniture delivery. Here are some things to note before purchasing our services:
- All disposal services need to be pre-arranged 3 working days before your arranged delivery date, we do not accept last-minute requests on the spot
- Price stated on item is on a per item basis, you may input your required quantity when you add this item to cart
- Dismantling is included
- No dismounting of wall-mounted items
- Disposal services are only available to customers who are purchasing furniture from Fullhouse
Kindly ensure that there is sufficient space for the disposal and that our delivery team are able to carefully carry out this service without damaging any property. Please remove all loose items from disposed item before the date of the service or any items along the pathways like hanging lights, boxes, plants or shelving.
Please ensure your item(s) will fit through doors, staircases, lifts or any enclosed areas while disposing your item. Fullhouse has the right to cancel the disposal and refund your disposal fees less 20% processing fee. If our team are unable to proceed with the disposal via the lift, staircase charges will be charged at $10 per item, per every non-lift accessible level. Fees also apply to staircases within landed properties or HDB maisonettes. Staircase fees are to be paid prior to the disposal service.
